We launched the Total Leadership program at Aegon Spain to help our team take responsibility for their lives, in all its areas, as a way to help them also be more complete in terms of their contribution to their work. The result was magnificent, with significant increases in commitment (from levels below 50% to more than 80%) and a very good evaluation of the program by all participants.
