One of our goals at Total Leadership is to enable constructive coaching exchanges among a community of people dedicated to improving performance in all domains of life. We are now testing our first set of tools for this purpose: our peer-to-peer coaching network and our four circles widget.
Coaching Network
The Total Leadership Coaching Network is the place to go to both give and receive coaching on the practice of Total Leadership. In this network, members will be able to create groups, participate in forums, and contribute new ideas and resources for improving performance in all domains of life.
Four Circles Widget
Our four circles widget is an interactive tool that lets you describe, in graphics and with text, the current state of alignment among your four life domains; identify experiments you are thinking of doing to improve performance in all domains and harmony among them; and get help from others in on the design and implementation of your experiments.
