Stew Friedman

Stew Friedman is the founder and CEO of our company, Total Leadership. He is an innovator in both the leadership development and work/life fields. A faculty member at the Wharton School since 1984, in 1991 he founded both the Wharton Leadership Programs and the Wharton Work/Life Integration Project. He created the Total Leadership program in the late ’90s while he was a senior executive at Ford Motor, where he was responsible for leadership development worldwide. (More)


Erin Owen

Erin Owen, Co-Director of Client Services, is an experienced entrepreneur and leadership coach. She founded Health Catalyst, a lifestyle and health coaching company, after working as an organizational change consultant for ten years. Erin earned her MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School. She lives with her family in the very cool Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia. (More)

Stacey Radin

Stacey Radin, Co-Director of Client Services, is an ICF-certified coach and consultant specializing in leadership and organizational effectiveness for over ten years. She is also president of Corporate EQ. She earned her PhD from Einstein Medical Center, completed postdoctoral training at Columbia Presbyterian, and attended NYU for coach training. Based in NYC, with her husband, Brian – a distinguished Wharton grad – and two children, she writes and speaks about how women leaders influence society. (More)

Tony Hooper


thooper-photo-1-5-09.JPGTony Hooper is a member of our Client Services team and a certified Total Leadership instructor.  Tony co-founded Leadership Strategy Group, a consultancy that focuses on strategy formulation, business planning and leadership development.  He also was Executive Director of Future Possibilities, Inc., a non-profit that served children in NYC.  After receiving his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Tony held various marketing roles in his ten years at American Express Company.  He currently lives in NYC with his wife and two daughters.

Dwight Jaggard

Dwight Jaggard is a senior member of our Client Services team and delivers the Total Leadership program to rave reviews when he’s not busy as the Director of the Executive Master’s in Technology Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania, where he is a professor. He was the co-founder of a high-technology start-up. Dwight holds a PhD from the California Institute of Technology. He works with technically-driven organizations worldwide on leadership development. Dwight lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife and they now marvel at their two grown children from a distance.

Michelle Rajotte

Michelle Rajotte, an alum of the Total Leadership Program, is our Client Services Manager.  She has extensive experience in the insurance and marketing industries  and served 6 years in the United States Air Force as a program manager and financial analyst before earning her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  While in the military Michelle launched multiple mentoring and coaching initiatives, involving 300+ officers and cadets at military installations across the United States.  Michelle and her husband, an Air Force pilot, live with their daughter in Dayton, Ohio.

Alyssa Friede Westring

Alyssa Friede Westring, our Director of Research, is an Assistant Professor of Management at DePaul University.  Her research focuses broadly on the interplay between work, family, and other life domains.  She has a particular interest in the role of individual decision-making in the management of career and family.  She has published several articles and book chapters in this area, in outlets such as Human Resource Management and The Work and Family Handbook.  She received her BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and her MA and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University.


The Total Leadership Alumni Community

Thousands of people have learned the fundamentals of Total Leadership at the Wharton School and in organizations around the world. Many serve as Alumni Coach for current participants. Alumni play an ongoing role in sharing stories and providing resources for how to improve performance in all domains of life. Some alumni are now candidates in pursuit of a professional Total Leadership Coach certification.
