Stew Friedman
Stew Friedman is the founder and CEO of our company, Total Leadership. He is an innovator in both the leadership development and work/life fields. A faculty member at the Wharton School since 1984, in 1991 he founded both the Wharton Leadership Programs and the Wharton Work/Life Integration Project. He created the Total Leadership program in the late ’90s while he was a senior executive at Ford Motor, where he was responsible for leadership development worldwide
Peter Winick
Peter serves as our Managing Director. He is responsible for advising our CEO on strategic direction and for overseeing the development of our offerings, marketing, business development, and client relationship management. Peter has over twenty years of experience and has worked with a variety of thought leaders. In addition, he has built and managed several consulting and professional development organizations. He divides his time between NY and San Francisco and has two children.
Dwight Jaggard
Dwight Jaggard is a senior member of our client services team and delivers the Total Leadership program to rave reviews when he’s not busy as the Director of the Executive Master’s in Technology Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania, where he is a professor. He was the co-founder of a high-technology start-up. Dwight holds a PhD from the California Institute of Technology. He works with technically-driven organizations worldwide on leadership development. Dwight lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife and they now marvel at their two grown children from a distance.
Stacey Radin
Stacey Radin is our director of client services. She is an ICF-certified coach and consultant specializing in leadership and organizational effectiveness for over ten years. She is also president of Corporate EQ. She earned her PhD from Einstein Medical Center, completed postdoctoral training at Columbia Presbyterian, and attended NYU for coach training. Based in NYC, with her husband, Brian – a distinguished Wharton grad – and two children, she writes and speaks about how women leaders influence society. (More)
Erin Owen
Erin Owen is an experienced entrepreneur and leadership coach. Erin founded Health Catalyst, a lifestyle and health coaching company, after working as an organizational change consultant for ten years. She earned her MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School. Erin and her family live in the very cool Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia. (More)
The Total Leadership Alumni Community
Thousands of people have learned the fundamentals of Total Leadership at the Wharton School and in organizations around the world. Many serve as Alumni Coach for current participants. Alumni play an ongoing role in sharing stories and providing resources for how to improve performance in all domains of life. Some alumni are now candidates in pursuit of a professional Total Leadership Coach certification.
